Job summary

STRAITS TEAMWORK PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned Architect to drive design from concept to completion. You will develop concepts, prepare drawings, and coordinate with C&S and M&E engineers, while leading design meetings and ensuring plans are submitted for URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA approvals as required.

The role also covers tender documentation, site supervision and coordination with contractors, QS support, and inspection of materials to ensure compliance and quality throughout construction.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating design with consultants and engineers.
• Skilled in preparing drawings for tender and construction.
• Ability to lead design meetings and coordinate approvals.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept, schematic and detailed design based on Client's brief.
• Prepare drawings and lead coordination with C&S, M&E engineers.
• Submit plans to URA, BCA, SCDF, NEA for approval.
• Lead Design Meetings.
• Prepare tender drawings, specifications and architectural details.
• Assist QS to prepare tender documents.
• Answer tender queries from contractors and evaluate tender.
• Carry out site inspections to ensure work follows drawings and quality.
