Job summary

united tec construction pte. ltd. is seeking a project lead with a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Structural Engineering and at least five years in PPVC, precast, or modular construction.

You will manage design teams, review shop drawings, and ensure adherence to Singapore codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate across disciplines, supervise on-site progress, and liaise with BIM management on clash reports and design presentations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in PPVC, precast, or modular construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills demonstrated in construction project environments.
• Familiarity with PPVC installation processes and construction sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the modellers / drafters and coordinate the offshore and onshore team.
• Coordinate with other disciplines coordinators to ensure models and drawings are in-line.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, compliances and regulations.
• Review and translate consultants' design drawings into shop drawings.
• Monitor design process schedules and submission of shop drawings.
• Review and add value to designs/specifications/drawings before issuances.
• Liaise with BIM Manager on BIM presentations, clash reports and meetings.
• Oversee site work progress and support construction team.
