Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a senior architect to lead complex projects in Singapore. You will oversee planning, resource management, and coordination of Consultants to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.

You will supervise drafting teams, review specs and drawings, and handle submissions, ensuring technical accuracy and timely delivery across Archi/Structural/M&E disciplines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or Building.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong proficiency in Autocad, Revit and SketchUp.
• Knowledge of local building regulations, submission processes.
• Strong understanding of architectural specifications and technical coordination requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accomplishing the project within the constraints.
• Responsible for overall planning, controlling, monitoring and managing project resources to the best meet.
• Manage, monitor and coordinate consultants to ensure compliance with authorities and requirements.
• Initiate value engineering and able to cut costs for projects.
• Lead team to complete drawings for submission.
• Manage contractual issues and disputes with sub-contractors and clients.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and drawings.
• Supervise archi works and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcons for technical matters.
• Coordinate across disciplines (Archi/Structural/M&E) to identify and resolve clashes.
• Prepare and develop detailed drawings and documentation.
• Handle submissions and reviews of architectural materials, sample boards, and shop drawings with consultants.
