PEOPLESEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to liaise with key stakeholders and coordinate architectural design for a high-profile MRT infrastructure project in Singapore.

The role focuses on delivering timely, buildable architectural drawings aligned with design intent and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of architectural coordination experience, MRT/LTA project exposure, and strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in architectural coordination within construction, preferably with main contractors in Singapore.
• Experience in MRT or LTA projects is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, building materials, and local authority submission requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and other coordination tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to ensure design integrity.
• Resolve design and technical issues with consultants and subcontractors, translating design intent into constructible solutions.
• Lead a team of draftspersons in preparing detailed shop drawings and technical submissions.
• Identify discrepancies across disciplines and interfaces, proposing practical solutions.
• Collaborate with the site team on construction sequencing, material selection, and design implementation.
• Ensure architectural drawings align with statutory requirements and obtain timely approvals.

About the Company & Role

We are partnering with a reputable A1 Main Contractor to recruit an Architectural Coordinator to liaise between key internal and external stakeholders and directly coordinate architectural design and technical works for an iconic and high profile MRT Infrastructure project in Singapore.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating between consultants, subcontractors, and the internal project team to ensure timely, accurate, and buildable architectural drawings that are aligned with design intent and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of design consistency, buildability, and compliance with project requirements by coordinating and reviewing architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
• Resolve design and technical issues by collaborating with consultants and subcontractors, ensuring that design intent is effectively translated into constructible solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of draftspersons in preparing detailed shop drawings and technical submissions according to the project master programme.
• Identity discrepancies across different disciplines and interfaces and propose practical solutions to maintain design integrity and buildability.
• Collaborate with the site team to support construction sequencing, material selection and design implementation.
• Ensure that architectural drawings maintain a high level of alignment with statutory requirements and are promptly submitted for approval.
• Support project documentation, meeting coordination, and inspection processes as required.
• Maintain and uphold high safety and quality standards in all aspects of coordination and site work.
