Job summary

BUILDBRIDGE PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Coordinator / Assistant Manager in Singapore to lead architectural coordination from design development through construction.

You will collaborate with consultants, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is realized and compliance is maintained. Key duties include reviewing shop drawings, resolving interface issues with MEP/Structural teams, maintaining document control, and guiding junior coordinators.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural design coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review, coordinate, and approve architectural shop drawings, submission drawings, and revisions.
• Liaise with architects, MEP and structural consultants to resolve design and interface issues.
• Coordinate with site teams to address architectural, constructability, and sequencing matters.
• Ensure architectural works comply with project specifications, building codes, and authorities’ requirements.
• Manage RFIs, design clarifications, site instructions, and consultant responses.
• Monitor architectural progress and highlight risks or discrepancies.
• Maintain document control, drawing registers, and revision tracking.
• Chair or participate in coordination meetings and prepare coordination minutes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior coordinators.
• Support project management team in quality control, inspections, and handover processes.

This role plays a key part in driving design coordination, ensuring constructability, and supporting site execution to achieve project objectives in quality, cost, and schedule.

Role Overview
