Job summary

KO HONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. invites a skilled architectural professional to join our team. You will prepare detailed construction and submission drawings, select materials, and develop boards for client presentations, ensuring alignment with project goals and approvals.

You will liaise with clients and consultants on project issues, manage submission works to authorities, and oversee archi finishing works on site, with additional adhoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma or relevant qualification in architectural or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant local experience.
• Good knowledge of Architectural specs and BCA quality requirements.
• Experience in residential landed projects is an advantage.
• Good planning, organizing and problem solving skills.
• Good time management to see projects through to completion.
