AMXON Constructors Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling and execution of construction projects.

You will monitor site progress, ensure safety compliance and manage budgets, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and consultants. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure with 1–3 years of construction experience.

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is required.

• 1–3 years of experience in construction is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Lead Project planning and project management. Oversee all projects execution, monitor site progress and ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and latest WSH Act provisions at all times.
• Ensure cost control and project completion within budget, utilisation of resources and schedule.
• Liaise with client’s representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Recognise and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
• To lead and mentor the team by setting in place guidelines and procedures, providing advice and supervision.
• Identify and resolve operational problems and minimise delays.
• Ensure that organisation and government standards on safety and quality specifications are consistently met.
• Coordinate with the clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all project matters.
• Familiar with Authority submissions and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure site team of engineers, supervisors, foremen and workers comply with client and regulatory requirements.
• To assist management in monitoring the effectiveness of the risk control measures.
• To recommend appropriate risk control measures to reduce or eliminate the risk identified assessment.
• Together with QS department to award sub-contractor.
• Assist in ad-hoc tender for Technical proposal submission.
• All other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure with high initiative and meeting timelines.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry.
• Able to Understand and technical drawings
• Familiar with BCA submission processes and regulatory requirements
