Job summary

Chang Hua Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Supervisor to oversee and coordinate architectural works on site, ensuring compliance with approved specs and authorities' requirements. You will review shop drawings, liaise with architects, structural and M&E engineers, manage daily supervision, scheduling, material requisition, cost control and documentation.

Candidates with 3+ years of site experience and relevant qualifications will be considered for higher

Qualifications

• Possess Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience on building projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for discrepancies.
• Familiar with quality standards (BCA CONQUAS and related marks).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Architectural works and ensure all works follow approved specs and authority requirements.
• Review, update and coordinate Architectural work including shop drawings for the project.
• Liaise, supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors on projects and work.
• Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works.
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer and M&E engineer to resolve construction problems and issues.
• Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Attend construction site coordination works and meetings.
• Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings.
• Carry out daily supervision and coordination of all architectural implementations at site.
• Prepare construction method statements and technical proposals to ensure smooth transition of works.
• Assist the Project Management team in ensuring works are on schedule and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, update status of shop drawings and materials, supervise progress.

• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works.
• Assist the Project Management team in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings and materials as well as supervise work progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess relevant Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in construction related field
• Minimum 3 years and above of relevant site experience in building projects
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.
• Familiar with standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
• Candidate who possesses good experience and exposure will be considered higher position. Salary will be commeasured according to skill set.
