Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a site coordination professional to review architectural plans for constructability, resolve clashes, verify code compliance, and support condominium and residential projects on project sites.

You will lead BIM coordination meetings with architects and contractors, guide site crews on drawings, manage RFIs and NCRs, and contribute to value engineering by evaluating materials and methods to improve buildability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven main contractor experience on Condominium/Residential projects
• Core competencies: Strong knowledge of local building codes, 2D/3D clash resolution, shop drawing reviews, constructability analysis
• Leadership & soft skills: Excellent stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, proactive problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Review architectural plans for constructability and code compliance
• Identify spatial clashes with structural/MEP trades and propose site solutions
• Interface with architects, consultants, and trade contractors; lead BIM coordination meetings
• Assist estimating teams with trade package awards; guide site crews on drawing interpretation
• Enforce IFC drawing control and oversee NCRs and QA/QC inspections
• Analyze site logistics and evaluate alternative materials or methods for cost efficiency

Job description

Salary range: Basic + Bonus
Working days: 5.5 days
Location: project sites

Key Responsibilities

• Design Coordination & Clash Resolution: Review architectural plans for constructability, verify code compliance, identify spatial clashes with structural/MEP trades, and propose practical site solutions.

• Stakeholder Management & Meeting Leadership: Interface with architects, consultants, and trade contractors; lead internal staff and BIM coordination meetings while participating in client progress reviews.

• Site Execution & Technical Support: Assist estimating teams with trade package awards, guide site crews on drawing interpretation, oversee trade mock-ups, and manage RFIs (Request for Information)

• Document Control & Compliance: Enforce strict IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing control so teams operate on current revisions; work with QA/QC to inspect architectural finishes and resolve non-conformance reports (NCRs).

• Value Engineering: Analyze site logistics and evaluate alternative materials or construction methods to improve buildability and cost efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven main contractor experience on Condominium / Residential projects is mandatory

• Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of local building codes, 2D/3D clash resolution, shop drawing reviews, and constructability analysis

• Leadership & Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, meeting facilitation (chairing internal/BIM meetings), and proactive problem-solving
