Job summary

Oracle Corporation Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Lead/Architect to lead the Supply Chain Collaboration and Demand PlanningFunctional areas. You will drive workshops, configure the Fusion suite, and guide TO BE process design for a complex manufacturing customer base.

The role requires extensive experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, collaboration, and planning modules, plus the ability to train a large customer audience and work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience leading Oracle Fusion SCM/Planning initiatives.
• Experience delivering in 2-3 major programs and working directly with customers across countries.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM product capabilities and modules.
• Ability to provide advisory services on TO BE processes in assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion SCM/Collaboration and Demand Planning functional workstreams.
• Partner with Customer Business and Architects in workshops to design solutions for complex manufacturing setups.
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications independently in assigned areas and demonstrate features to business users.
• Translate business scenarios into test scripts and leverage AI to optimize delivery.
• Guide customers on TO BE processes and provide advisory services across supply chain domains.
• Coordinate cross-functional design with Finance, Inventory, OM, and other teams.
• Support End-to-End testing, UAT, and training for large customer audiences.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Lead/Architect to lead the Oracle Supply Chain Collaboration and Demand Planning Functional areas. The role will report to the Project Manager

Key responsibilities include:

1. Attend workshops with Customer Business and Architect solutions in the area of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Collaboration, which fits the complex Manufacturing setup of a Customer
2. Attend Demand Planning workshops that are related and advice Customer Business on the TO BE processes
3. Ability to configure the Oracle Fusion application independently in the assigned areas and demonstrate to Business on the product features to gain acceptance
4. Think through all the Business scenarios, convert them into Test scripts and ability to use AI for all needed work delivery
5. Knowledge of Industry best practices in the needed verticals so as to advice the Customer
6. Ability to guide through Customer Business in the Supply Chain planning and Collaboration area, perform End to End testing and assist Customer Business in UAT
7. Able communicator with demonstrated ability to offer training to a big Customer audience
8. Cross track skill to work with Consultants of various areas like Finance, Inventory, OM, etc and ability to think through cross functional impact while designing solutions

Requirements:

1. At least 15 years of experience leading and guiding in areas like Oracle Fusion Supply Chain, Collaboration, Planning, etc
2. Should have worked in at least 2-3 major Programs and handled Customers directly across few Countries
3. Good Knowledge across Oracle Fusion product capability in the SCM area
4. Should be able to provide advisory services to the Customer on all TO BE processes in the assigned areas
