Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and rollout of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules, including cash-based accounting. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, map processes, configure modules, test, migrate data, and provide post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations as a Lead.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses.
• Proven experience in Cash-Based Accounting in Oracle Fusion ERP environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Implement and configure Oracle Cloud ERP to support Cash-Based Accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and implementation team.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations for Oracle Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses.
• Drive design and documentation of end-to-end financial business processes tailored to cash accounting principles.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and reporting activities with technical teams.
• Lead UAT planning and execution; guide users through testing and defect resolution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, issue logs, risk registers, and status reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Provide post-go-live support and assist with change management, training, and adoption.
• Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors when required.

JD Oracle Fusion Financial Implementation Lead:

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation Lead to drive end-to-end implementation and rollout of Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules, including projects involving Cash-Based Accounting. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and hands-on experience with business process mapping, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials projects aligned with business requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
• Implement and configure Oracle Cloud ERP to support Cash-Based Accounting processes and reporting requirements.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementations as a Lead.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Expenses.
• Proven experience in implementing and supporting Cash-Based Accounting in Oracle Fusion ERP environments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and deliver complex projects.
• Experience with Chart of Accounts design, Multi-Org setups, Intercompany transactions, and Cash Flow reporting.
• Hands-on experience with data migration (FBDI), reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher), and reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with bank integrations, electronic bank statements, and cash flow automation.
• Understanding of integration tools such as OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware concepts.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials (Fusion).
• Experience with public sector or non-profit implementations, where Cash Accounting is common.
• Experience in global rollouts and multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
• Familiarity with security roles and access controls in Oracle Cloud ERP.
