Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create Integration Strategy, Data Migration Strategy, Reporting Strategy and AI Strategy and liaise with Customer stakeholders for signoff
• Hands-on experience in developing complex Oracle PaaS Custom extensions and guide the team through technical complexities
• Handle integration with multiple Customer 3rd party applications including AD
• Transform experience for multi-country rollouts
• Collaborate with Functional Architects and Leads to propose solutions in ambiguous environments
• Lead a group of Technical consultants across locations to drive progress
• Adept at reporting and timely escalation of issues in the area of responsibility
• Own complex technical challenges beyond standard scope
• Strong understanding of OTBI, BIP and FDI

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Service solutions. The role will report to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• 1. Create Integration Strategy, Data Migration Strategy, Reporting Strategy and AI Strategy and ability to liaise directly with Customer stakeholders to get acceptance and signoff
• 2. Hands on experience in developing complex Oracle PaaS Custom extensions and ability to guide the team in resolving technical complexities
• 3. Ability to handle integration with several Customer 3rd party applications, including Active Directory, Banks, etc
• 4. Transformation experience in handling multi Country rollouts
• 5. 'Up the sleeve' attitude to work with Functional Architects and Leads, suggest possible solutions in ambiguous environment and progress the Project objectives
• 6. Lead a group of Technical consultants who may be scattered across locations and bring synergy in Technical Progress
• 7. Adept in reporting and timely escalation of issues in the area of responsibility
• 8. Go out of way to own complex technical challenges
• 9. Good understanding of Oracle OTBI, BIP and understand of Oracle FDI
  

Requirements:

• 1. At least 12+ years of experience leading and guiding the Oracle Fusion Technical Architecture in major Transformation Programs
• 2. Should have worked in at least 2-3 major Programs and handled Customers directly
• 3. Knowledge across Oracle Cloud Tech Stack in terms of Architecture, Security, Instance Management, PaaS development/Support and integrating to 3rd party systems including AD
• 4. Ability to handle a Technical team of Consultants
