Job summary

KPMG Services Pte Ltd is seeking a leader in Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM to guide complex, large-scale transformation programmes for enterprise clients in Singapore. The role involves shaping transformation agendas with C-level stakeholders, overseeing end-to-end delivery, and driving business development with a focus on value realization.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring quality, timely execution and alignment with strategic goals, while mentoring junior staff and contributing

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise as a Functional Lead or Architect in Oracle Cloud deployments across large enterprise clients.
• Experience delivering functional programmes including owning a business capability like Record to Report or Transact to Record.
• Experience supporting sales activities including proposal development and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with C-level clients to shape transformation agendas enabled by Oracle Cloud.
• Guide delivery of large Oracle Cloud-enabled programmes, including system integration and cross-pillar planning.
• Support business development, proposals, and bids for future work.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure time, cost, quality, budget and benefits.
• Stay updated on cloud technology trends and extend reporting capabilities.
• Mentor and develop team members as part of the people agenda.

Your Opportunity

Are you an Enterprise Resource Planning or Supply Chain Management guru? Forming part of theKPMG Oracle Cloud team, you will play a leadership role in the practice by:

• Leading discussions with C-level client executives to help shape their business transformation agenda enabled by Oracle Cloud.
• Being involved in moulding, leading and supporting the delivery of large and complex Oracle Cloud enabled business transformation programmes, including BusinessSystem Integrations, Integrated cross-pillar planning.
• Supporting and leading business development activities including contributing to and presenting proposals/ bids for future work.
• Undertaking quality reviews of in-flight programmes to ensure delivery on track to time, cost, quality, budget and benefits.
• Maintaining an in depth understanding of current Cloud technology industry trends.
• Supporting service development through ownership and management of our programme and project management tools and techniques.
• Actively contributing to the global people agenda including people management and mentoring.

• Demonstrated expertise as aFunctional Lead or Architect in the delivery of several successful and full lifecycle Oracle Cloud deployments across large enterprise clients.
• Experience in delivering functional programmes including owning a business capability like Record to Report or Transact to Record.
• Experience in supporting sales activities including proposal development, client presentations, demonstration, managing client relationships and maintaining sales hygiene.
• SCM Cloud modules: Product Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Inventory and Cost Control, Asset Maintenance, Sourcing, Procurement. Experience with 3PL, supporting applications from the Oracle ecosystem and supply chain devices would be a benefit.
• A great understanding of Finance and Supply chainprocesses and practices and a demonstrated ability to interpret these into functional requirements.
• Technical knowledge and ability to guide teams on reporting outcomes through the most appropriate reporting tool (DV, BIP, OTBI or other) and how to optimally approach extending applications.
