Job summary

Oracle Corporation Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead applications implementation projects within the Fusion Cloud practice in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering functional and technical solutions, adhering to Oracle methodology, and contributing to practice development.

You will manage end-to-end projects, interact with senior executives, and navigate multiple business processes within ERP/SCM.

Qualifications

• 20–25 years of overall experience with 15+ years in consulting/solutioning/implementation in ERP/SCM.
• At least 10 years managing end-to-end implementation projects, including customer-facing roles and two complex projects.
• Experience communicating with customer key users and senior executives; balancing needs and driving the project forward.
• Willingness to travel onsite for short/long-term assignments.

Job description

The Applications Consulting practice of Oracle Customer Success team is looking to further strengthen Fusion Cloud Practice by adding a strong project manager to the team.

This multi-faceted role involves managing applications implementation projects for Oracle Consulting at Singapore.

The KPIs would broadly cover project success, individual utilisation, contribution to order booking and contribution to Practice development.

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer engagements. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.

Requirements:

• - Overall 20 to 25 Years experience with 15+ years Consulting/ Solutioning/Implementation experience in ERP, SCM application implementations, preferably in Oracle Ecosystem.
• - At least 10 years in managing end to end implementation projects including customer facing roles, including two complex projects (By size, technology, requirements etc)
• - Good experience in managing project across all phases inception to closure
• - Experience talking to customer key users, senior executives, appreciating business needs and nuances, project situations. Ability to balance conflicting needs and drive the project successfully forward.
• - Experience managing and exposure to customer C level executives
• - Should be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.
• - Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
