Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, ASPAC Intl Tax Compliance, based in Singapore.

You will lead international tax compliance across the ASPAC region, ensuring accurate corporate income tax, withholding tax, and statutory obligations are met while partnering with Finance, Legal, and external advisors. You will guide cross-border transactions, monitor tax legislation, support audits, and drive process improvements in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or MBA is preferred.
• 8–10 years progressive international tax compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax and withholding tax.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions, ASPAC preferred.
• Ability to manage complex issues and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Legal, and external advisors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

Mansioni

• Lead international tax compliance activities across ASPAC including corporate income tax returns and withholding tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws across multiple jurisdictions in the region.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and local authorities.
• Review tax calculations, provisions, and disclosures per internal policies and standards.
• Partner with regional and global Finance teams for restructurings and cross-border transactions.
• Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impacts on the business.
• Support tax audits and coordination of documentation and responses.
• Drive standardization and automation of tax processes across ASPAC.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to regional tax team members.
