Johnson & Johnson APAC seeks a Manager, Healthcare Compliance, Performance Centre, Third Party Intermediary to drive due diligence, risk assessments, and process improvements across ASPAC. This role provides expert guidance to HCC and business stakeholders, supports quality reviews, and Helps ensure compliant onboarding and remediation actions in a complex, regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years in compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, third-party due diligence, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of anti-corruption, healthcare compliance, and third-party risk frameworks.
• Experience managing complex, high-risk cases independently.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities; English fluency is essential.
• APAC language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end third-party risk assessments for intermediaries and other third parties.
• Oversee due diligence execution, screenings, and red-flag analysis with documented risk rationale.
• Support process improvement and dashboard reporting for compliance operations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Business stakeholders on onboarding and renewals.
• Provide guidance to regional leadership and ensure timely escalations for high-risk cases.
