Job summary

Illumina is seeking a Sr Tax Analyst to join the APAC tax team in Singapore. You will manage direct and indirect tax compliance, collaborate with APAC and US stakeholders, and support tax governance and process improvements as the company grows.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of accounting/taxation experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems. Excellent communication and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation.
• 5–8 years in accounting/taxation with direct and indirect tax compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience with SAP (or ERP) preferred.
• Strong organizational, detail-orientated and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all direct and indirect tax return filings and audits.
• Research tax legislation changes and advise stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly tax reconciliations and tax provision calculations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and design end-to-end processes.
• Liaise with tax authorities and consultants.
