Job summary

Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks an Regional Information Security Officer for APAC General Insurance. You will partner with GI CIOs, COOs, CROs, and country leaders to drive cybersecurity strategy across 14 markets and enhance security culture.

You will lead a high-performance team of information security managers, oversee risk assessments, regulatory compliance, and incident responses, and report on program status to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer/IT discipline.
• CISSP, CISM or equivalent (desired).
• CSX certificate (desired).
• 15+ years of hands-on information security experience across multiple markets.
• Experience leading security teams and presenting risk to executives.

Responsibilities

• Govern and assure the security programme across the APAC GI portfolio.
• Monitor risk posture and regulatory compliance; lead risk inquiries.
• Lead security governance forums and report to executives and boards.
• Oversee security programme delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Drive security culture and awareness across APAC GI teams.
• Coordinate with Global SOC, Privacy, and risk leadership on incidents.
