Qualifications

• Ownership of complex, ambiguous initiatives from problem discovery and impact sizing through solution design, delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, evaluate solutions and influence roadmap decisions.
• Strong analytical judgement, with willingness to work deeply in the detail.
• Ability to independently write SQL from scratch - multi-table joins, aggregations and CTEs.
• Experience leading cross-functional work with limited supervision and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication to turn operational/technical info into clear recommendations and business cases.
• Experience designing scalable products and operating models balancing customer outcomes, value, cost, risk.

Responsibilities

• Own the direction and outcomes for an assigned part of the APAC portfolio.
• Identify, investigate and size material customer, payment and operational problems; determine root causes and interventions.
• Shape roadmaps and technical solutions with Product and Engineering, balancing impact and value.
• Build compelling business cases to secure senior stakeholder support and investment.
• Lead complex end-to-end initiatives from discovery to adoption with hands-on analysis.
• Design scalable workflows, tools and controls to reduce friction, cost and risk.
• Lead launches such as new markets and direct integrations.
• Identify and test automation/AI opportunities with validation and governance.
• Mentor team members to take on broader ownership.
