Job summary

Wise is seeking a seasoned Android engineer to implement features and shape technical plans for scalable product initiatives in a Singapore-based role. You will support card product workflows (ordering, transacting, 3DS, disputes) and ship high-performance Android applications with a focus on modern UI using Jetpack Compose.

You will collaborate with globally distributed backend, frontend, and product teams, influence roadmaps, and advocate mobile best practices to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience developing production Android applications.
• Proven track record building, shipping, and maintaining high-performance Android apps.
• Experience with modern Android UI development, specifically Jetpack Compose.
• Passion for customer experience with data-driven technical decision-making approach.
• Excellent communication skills conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset thriving in globally distributed squad environments.

Responsibilities
