Grab is seeking an experienced Lead, Payments Analytics to define data strategy, track metrics, and drive growth across Southeast Asia's fintech ecosystem. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Data Science to turn insights into actions.

You will mentor analysts, build advanced models, and establish analytics frameworks while embracing GenAI workflows to boost productivity and decision quality.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product analytics, data strategy, or finance tech analytics.
• Experience mentoring analytics professionals across distributed teams.
• Advanced SQL skills and BI dashboard experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead payments analytics and define data strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design and Data Science.
• Evaluate new payment features and advise leadership.
• Mentor analytics team and promote statistical rigor.
• Adopt GenAI workflows to improve efficiency and insights.
• Translate quantitative findings into strategic roadmaps.
