Job summary

Grab is seeking an experienced analytics professional to join the Save & Spend Tech Family within Grab Financial Services in Singapore. You will turn data into insights to support product decisions across deposits, investments, cards, payments, wallet, and digital goods.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to design experiments, define metrics, and drive the product roadmap. You will build scalable self-serve analytics, perform deep-dives on user behavior, and champion data-driven

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years in Analytics/BI/Data Science in Tech/FinTech or financial sector.
Degree in stats/analytics/economics/math/engineering or related field.
Skilled in SQL and large relational databases.
Hands-on with Python or R for data analysis.
Experienced with data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI/D3.js).
Experience designing and analysing A/B tests with DOE knowledge.

Responsibilities

Partner with product/design/engineering to derive insights and drive product decisions.
Perform deep-dives into user behavior, segmentation, and product efficacy.
Provide tailored analysis, define metrics, and recommend improvements.
Design and measure A/B and multivariate tests, including UI/UX and algorithm effects.
Analyse clickstream and transactional data to inform product metrics and instrument releases.
Build self-serve, scalable analytics for stakeholders; explore AI/LLM driven plans.
