Grab Singapore is seeking an experienced Analytics Lead to head payments analytics within GrabFin & Platform. You will work closely with Product, Business, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to translate data into actionable insights and shape payment strategy.

With 8+ years in analytics and a Master’s in a quantitative field, you will drive advanced modeling, AB testing, and AI-enabled workflows, while mentoring the team and promoting a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Analytics, Product/Business Analytics, or Data Strategy roles, preferably within a Payments or Direct-to-Consumer company dealing with large, high-velocity data.
• A Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, or related fields).
• Advanced proficiency in data query and manipulation using SQL, alongside expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Solid foundation in Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, PySpark) and practical experience conducting controlled experiments in an industry setting.
• A proven track record of using quantitative analysis to influence product management and impact key business decisions.
• You have experience engaging with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, improve workflows, and contribute new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead payments analytics teams and cross-functional partners (Product, Business, Engineering, Design, Data Science) to understand data requirements and provide data-driven insights.
• Evaluate feasibility of new business/product ideas and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop advanced statistical models and anomaly detection to monitor product metrics.
• Uphold rigorous measurement standards and build analytics tools for debugging and summarization.
• Mentor analysts and foster a data-driven culture and modern analytics techniques.
• Direct the team's adoption of LLM and GenAI-assisted workflows to speed decision-making and embed AI into internal tooling.
