Job summary

AIA Singapore Private Limited is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Automation to lead the Analytics & Automation function within the Investment Asset Infrastructure COE. You will deliver data analytics, workflow automation, and technology solutions to strengthen investment governance and operational controls.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
10+ years in software/data engineering, analytics or tech delivery, with leadership.
Strong hands-on Python, SQL, APIs, data pipelines and reporting.
Experience leading and developing technical teams in asset management or finance is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Analytics & Automation developers and set engineering standards.
Deliver analytics, automation, and reporting solutions for governance and controls.
Design data pipelines, dashboards and automation using Python, SQL, APIs and Power Platform.
Partner with stakeholders across Investments and Technology to prioritise work.
