Job summary

AIA Investment Management is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Automation to lead the Analytics & Automation function within the Investment Asset Infrastructure COE. You will guide a team of developers to design and implement scalable data pipelines, dashboards and automation solutions that strengthen investment governance and controls.

Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering, data engineering or analytics delivery, with leadership experience.
Proven ability to design and deliver scalable data pipelines, dashboards and automation platforms.
Hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, APIs, data integration and related tooling.

Responsibilities

Lead Analytics & Automation developers; set engineering standards and drive delivery.
Oversee end-to-end analytics and automation projects from requirements to implementation and ongoing improvement.
Design and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and automation workflows for investment governance and controls.
Manage stakeholder expectations and partner withAsset Management, Governance, Ops and Technology teams.
Ensure solutions comply with security, governance and audit requirements.
