Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field preferred to support project excellence.
• 10+ years of total working experience with delivery in SI services.
• Experience in Banking AML/KYC domain and SDLC/SI Services environments covering Name Screening and Transaction Monitoring.
• Strong project management capabilities to develop timelines and ensure execution per plan.
• Profound understanding of contract terms and interpretation, with strong customer-expectations management.
• Experience in Consulting / Solution Implementation environments.
• Ability to engage CXO/business leadership and drive outcomes.
