Job summary

Quess Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Lead / Lead Consultant to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions.

You will own one of three workstreams: Generic Error Handling, Auto-Recovery & Dependency Management (AIOps), or Feature Flags, and collaborate with banking stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable solutions on accelerated timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 9–12 years of relevant experience in software development, system integration, or enterprise technology delivery.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects from design through production deployment.
• Strong technical expertise in at least one workstream: Generic Error Handling, AIOps, or Feature Flags.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of the assigned technical workstream.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures and integrations with banking systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct technical reviews, establish engineering best practices, and ensure quality standards.
• Engage banking stakeholders to gather requirements and present architecture and progress to leadership.
• Take ownership of delivery: planning, coordination, SIT/UAT, deployment, and hypercare.
• Mentor and guide Senior Consultants and Associates across workstreams.
