Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Lead Consultant - AI Ops & Error Handling to drive design, implementation and delivery of a critical workstream.

You will act as the technical authority, leading solution architecture, client engagement, and team leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes within tight timelines. The role requires hands-on experience across error handling, AI Ops, feature flags, cloud platforms, and containerization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field
• 9–12 years in software development, system integration, or technical consulting
• Proven track record leading complex technical projects end-to-end
• Expertise in at least one workstream: Error Handling, AI Ops or Feature Flags
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of your workstream solution
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures and integrations with BANK systems
• Engage BANK stakeholders, present designs and progress, and advise leadership
• Own delivery within scope, schedule, and budget; drive SIT/UAT and go-live
• Mentor senior/associate consultants and contribute to reusable assets
