Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and Trend Micro enterprise unit, seeks a Customer Success Technical Advisor for premium customers. You will deploy, configure, and support TrendAI solutions, manage incidents, and maintain documentation, while guiding customers through security deployments and SDLC integration.

You will build trusted relationships, provide crisis support, and collaborate across customer teams to ensure success and ongoing protection in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in post-sales technical support, system administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience deploying TrendAI/Trend Micro products.
• Experience with Government Cloud (GCC) and on-premise environments, plus supporting SaaS adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, test, and maintain TrendAI solutions across customer environments, including on-site and remote installation and support.
• Serve as the technical support expert, handling escalations and outages to resolution.
• Own production-level incidents and provide direct support to premium/key customers on technical issues.
• Manage and progress technical support cases, and maintain technical/configuration documentation.
• Administer security solutions to ensure systems run securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with customers' teams to integrate security across the SDLC.
• Coordinate with SOC teams on logs, alerts, and threat reporting.
• Provide bi-weekly project updates and status reporting.
• Act as account owner for nominated customers, including periodic reviews and threat advisories.
• Be a trusted advisor for customers, available 24x7 for crisis support.
