Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and Trend Micro unit, seeks a Solutions Engineer in Singapore to bridge Sales and pre-sales for TrendAI Next-Gen security solutions. You will guide customers, influence technical strategy, and own demonstrations to showcase product value.

You will collaborate with Sales to build customer relationships, train partners, and translate complex security concepts into actionable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years of presales/Solutions Engineering experience delivering security solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SOC operations, security analytics, cloud architectures, SASE, CASB, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with Microsoft O365, Azure, AWS; excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Understand the customer journey with the product and help the customer navigate it smoothly.
• Maintain a strong focus on Customer Success during onboarding and product experience.
• Serve as a pillar to train and enable the sales organization.
• Deliver engaging technical demonstrations highlighting TrendAI solution advantages and benefits
• Collaborate with Regional/Global Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers for up-to-date knowledge
• Increase partner and channel engagement through training and enablement
• Present complex technical issues in a clear, business-focused manner
• Develop relationships to influence customer technical strategy and outcomes
• Provide training to customers and prospects on TrendAI solutions
• Work with technical support to ensure ongoing customer health and quality of service
• Contribute to best practices, strategies, and documentation for efficiencies
• Engage in webinars, workshops, and industry events as a speaker/panelist
• Public speaking skills are valued and advantageous
