Job summary

DIGITAL TREASURES CENTER PTE. LTD. seeks a senior product leader to shape AI-powered workflows across teams. You will define governance, partnerships, and rollout strategies for agent harnesses and automation in real work.

Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business units to specify rules, data needs, prompts, escalation paths, and approval points while driving adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products or AI-assisted workflows.
• Understanding of LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and agent orchestration.
• Judgment on when to use an individual agent, a reusable skill, a governed workflow, or automation.
• Experience driving adoption across multiple teams and measuring value.
• Technical fluency: read logs, understand APIs and data flows.
• Ability to define product requirements, workflow specs, Rules, and roadmaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Understand current team workflows, tools, data, tasks, and risks.
• Decide what belongs in an harness, skill, workflow, automation, or human review.
• Connect tools and data to enable agent-assisted work (coding, debugging, QA, releases).
• Define workflow inputs/outputs, evidence, permissions, prompts, escalation, and approvals.
• Work with business/compliance to define Rules, Action Types, ownership, and history.
• Ensure AI recommends, a named person decides, and actions are approved.
• Investigate incorrect answers, missing data, and unsafe results; separate issues.
• Drive adoption through real work, measure usage and outcomes, identify drop-offs.
• Turn friction into PRDs and roadmaps; build rollout playbooks for teams.
