Job summary

Dtcpay is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Product Manager to lead AI-enabled workflows from discovery to live use. You’ll define where to apply harnesses, reusable skills, and governed processes while ensuring safe, approved actions across coding, debugging, and release tasks.

You will partner with business and compliance stakeholders to shape Rules, Action Types, and change history, and you will measure adoption, identify bottlenecks, and fuel roadmap proposals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management, Forward Deployed Product, or AI product roles.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows in real work.
• Understanding of LLMs, tool use, agent orchestration, and structured outputs.
• Ability to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Understand how teams work today: tools, data, tasks, decisions, and risks.
• Decide what belongs in an harness, a reusable skill, a governed workflow, or automated action.
• Connect tools and data, configure agent-assisted workflows for coding, debugging, and releases.
• Define workflow inputs, outputs, evidence, permissions, prompts, escalation, and approvals.
• Collaborate with business and compliance to define Rules, Action Types, and change history.
• Ensure AI drafts or recommends while a named person approves actions.
• Investigate incorrect answers, missing data, and unsafe actions; separate issues.
• Drive adoption by measuring usage and outcomes across teams.
• Turn recurring friction into PRDs, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
