A global industrial IoT company building AI-native platforms is looking for a senior product leader to define and drive the vision for its AI Agent Workbench, a core platform enabling internal engineering teams and enterprise customers to build, deploy and scale AI agents and autonomous workflows.
This is a highly technical product leadership role at the intersection of AI, developer platforms and physical infrastructure. You'll own the product strategy and roadmap, translating complex capabilities such as LLM orchestration, RAG, MCP and multi-agent systems into a platform that developers can use to build reliable, scalable AI applications.
A key focus will be shaping the end-to-end developer experience, from agent builder interfaces and workflow orchestration to APIs, SDKs, evaluation environments and tool integrations. You'll also define capabilities for multi-agent coordination, agent tracing, performance monitoring and cost optimisation, alongside governance features covering permissions, data privacy, security and human-in-the-loop approvals.
We're looking for a senior product leader with 10+ years of experience in product management or software development and a strong technical foundation in software engineering, backend architecture, distributed systems or platform engineering. Practical experience building AI-powered applications, agents or workflow automation is important, alongside familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases and modern software delivery practices.
