Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our AI automation platform, Automated Workflow. You will define the product vision, align cross-functional teams, and use data to prioritise and decide what to ship.

You will translate user needs and business goals into a clear roadmap, analyse metrics, manage risks, and foster speed, simplicity and agility within a small, public-sector team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager leading complex technology or digital platforms.
• Strong product sense connecting user problems to business value and feasibility.
• Data-driven decision making with metrics and experiments.
• Clear written and spoken communication across teams.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, public sector contexts.
• Interest in AI and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and vision for complex or ambiguous spaces, translating needs into a roadmap.
• Define success metrics and use data to prioritise and validate ideas.
• Plan features based on user research, market trends, and feedback.
• Identify and mitigate risks from technical and market perspectives.
• Drive fast, simple, and agile delivery while managing technical debt.
• Own broad, ambiguously-scoped projects and drive workstreams to outcomes.
• Synthesize data into recommendations and connect analyses to impact.
