Job summary

SJ Group is seeking a product leader to drive AI-enabled products across design, tendering, construction management, and document intelligence. You will shape strategy, define roadmaps, and shepherd initiatives from concept through production across multiple business units.

You will work with AI engineers, data teams, designers and business stakeholders to translate vague workflows into execution-ready plans, balancing experimentation with disciplined delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires track record delivering digital or workflow products end to end.
• Demonstrated fluency in applied AI including generative AI and workflow automation.
• Strong stakeholder management in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑value AI use cases across design, tendering, Construction management, and document intelligence.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for SJ Group’s BUs.
• Translate problems into clear requirements, user stories, and release scopes for engineering teams.
• Partner with AI engineers, data teams, designers and stakeholders to move products from concept to production.
• Balance experimentation with delivery discipline and decide what to automate vs. human‑in‑the‑loop.
• Embed governance, explainability, and safeguards into product design and rollout.
• Define and monitor KPIs for adoption, cycle‑time reduction, quality uplift, and user satisfaction.
