Altana is seeking an experienced leader to drive customer implementations of its AI-powered platform in Singapore. You will design and deploy agentic AI workflows, connect them to data sources and systems, and ensure production-grade reliability.

You will own end-to-end delivery, from scoping and configuration to go-live and handoff to support, while coordinating with engineering, data science, product, and success teams to meet customer value and timelines.

Formación

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical delivery or equivalent multi-stakeholder programs.
• Proven track record shipping complex technical projects with external stakeholders under deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple teams.
• Product instincts: identify real problems and minimal viable solutions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and partial information, delivering progress.
• Bias toward automation and repeatability over heroic efforts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows that power customer processes.
• Ground agents in customer context with data sources, APIs, and systems of record.
• Write prompts, system instructions, and evaluation criteria for reliable production use.
• Establish safety, auditable, and correctable human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Monitor and iterate deployments for accuracy, cost, and latency.
