Job summary

PALO IT Singapore is seeking a Senior AI-Native Engineer (Software) to lead the development of complex features and AI-enabled systems. You will guide engineers, apply Gen-E2 methodology, and collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, product managers and designers to deliver scalable, high-quality software.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on software development, strong architecture and leadership, and experience with ReactJS frontend and NodeJS/Java/Python backend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong software development background and solution architecture experience.
• Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications.
• Leadership experience in technical teams.
• Proficiency with ReactJS frontend and NodeJS/Java/Python backend.
• Daily use of AI tools in engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex features and components.
• Design high-performance, scalable solutions using AI-powered approaches.
• Ensure code quality via testing, reviews, and AI-assisted analysis.
• Implement CI/CD automation pipelines.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Guide technical decisions with Tech Leads and Architects.
