Job summary

TOUCH Community Services is seeking a qualified engineer to help transition to an AI-enabled, data-driven organisation in Singapore. You will manage platforms used by TOUCH programs and build the data foundation and AI capabilities to reduce admin time and increase client focus.

The role sits at the intersection of platform management, data engineering and applied AI. You will work with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to design, build, test and monitor AI and data solutions, APIs and

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field with 5+ years experience.
≥3 years in software engineering, data science or AI/ML.
Proficient with Microsoft stack: Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure, APIs.
Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
Experience with Boomi and MuleSoft.
Familiar with LLMs, prompting, grounding and evaluation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to design, implement, maintain and support AI-enabled products and platforms across TOUCH.
Design, build, test and support AI and Data solutions and agents, including data pipelines and reporting, grounding data, evaluation, and the human checkpoints that sit around them.
Ensure internal and vendor teams address and solve issues and problems in a timely manner to meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Design, develop, deploy and monitor application programming interfaces (APIs).
Use AI to accelerate delivery and sustain technology operations whilst retaining human accountability for quality and outcome.
Apply TOUCH's data protection and responsible AI standards.
Contribute as a member of a cross-functional and agile technology and digitalisation team.
