Job summary

touch community services limited is seeking an experienced engineer to help transition to an AI-enabled, data-driven organisation. You will manage platforms TOUCH relies on, build data foundations and AI capabilities, and streamline admin time for staff.

The role sits at the intersection of platform management, data engineering and applied AI; you will work with internal stakeholders and vendor partners, design APIs and data pipelines, and ensure SLAs while grounding AI with responsible

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical discipline with at least 5 years working experience.
Candidate should have strong problem solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain and support AI-enabled products and platforms across TOUCH.
Design, build, test and support AI and Data solutions and agents, including data pipelines and reporting.
Ensure SLAs are met by coordinating with internal and vendor teams.
Design, develop, deploy and monitor APIs.
Use AI to accelerate delivery while maintaining human accountability for quality and outcomes.
Apply TOUCH's data protection and responsible AI standards.
Contribute as a member of a cross-functional and agile technology and digitalisation team.
