Job summary

Avensys Consulting (Pte. Ltd.) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements for AI agents and a conversational solution within a digital application for union members. You will bridge business stakeholders, union SMEs, and offshore delivery teams to shape AI content, governance, and responses.

You will guide discovery, validation, and UAT, define AI constraints, and produce structured artefacts such as FRDs, user stories, and process flows for remote execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital initiatives
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and UAT
• Proven ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams alike
• Experience with Data, Analytics, or AI-enabled solutions (chatbots, automation, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Engage union leadership, operations teams, and member-facing stakeholders to understand services, policies, beneficiary journeys, and service expectations
• Define functional requirements for AI-enabled features, including conversational chatbots and AI agents with escalation rules
• Guide content & knowledge readiness for AI, including governance, versioning, and approval workflows
• Establish AI governance, monitoring, feedback loops, auditability, and human-in-the-loop considerations
• Coordinate with overseas teams, producing FRDs, user stories, flows, and diagrams for remote execution
• Lead UAT strategy and defect capture, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose before production rollout
