Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst with AI experience to support digital, data and AI-enabled initiatives. The role requires strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, UAT and exposure to AI/GenAI solutions.

You will work with business and technical teams, and engage with offshore or distributed delivery models. You will be part of a collaborative environment offering a competitive base salary and attractive company benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital/tech initiatives.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and UAT.
• Proven ability to work with business and technical delivery teams.
• Exposure to Data, Analytics, AI/GenAI, chatbots or automation solutions.
• Understanding of how AI/GenAI uses data and content.
• Awareness of AI limitations, risks and responsible-use considerations.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping skills.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
