Job summary

STRAITDEER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end activities for AI compute facilities.

You will manage supplier development, RFQ, negotiations, and contract drafting, focusing on GPU servers, EDA software, datacenter leasing, and related services. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Asia AI compute or IDC procurement experience, familiarity with ODM supply chains, and strong cross-border compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years in Asia AI compute or IDC procurement requested.
• Experience with GPU server and EDA procurement preferred.
• Knowledge of ODM supply chains and hardware BOM structures desirable.
• Experience in multi-million-dollar contracts and long-term frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to coordinate across time zones and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement management from RFQ to delivery and after-sales support.
• Build partnerships with domestic and overseas OEM/ODM vendors; secure allocations and discounts.
• Track market trends, control spend, and meet cost-reduction targets.
• Support AI compute projects; manage cross-border delivery and licensing compliance.
• Draft procurement and maintenance contracts; coordinate reviews.
• Maintain procurement archives and monthly spend reports.
• Collaborate with internal tech teams to ensure on-time delivery.
