Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking a Senior Programme Lead to drive complex, multi-release digital transformation initiatives, spanning enterprise portals, workflow automation, data migration and cloud platforms. You will own integrated planning, governance, stakeholder engagement and multi-vendor coordination, with hands-on oversight to ensure operational readiness and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Experience: At least 5 years leading complex programmes or substantial multi-vendor transformations.
Programme Delivery: Proven delivery of portals, workflow automation, systems integration and phased releases.
Commercial & Financial Acumen: Budgeting, forecasting, supplier management and contracts.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into an integrated roadmap, delivery plan and success criteria.
Direct delivery across requirements, design, development, integration, migration and testing.
Govern delivery with PSC submissions and escalation routes; secure timely decisions.
Own budget monitoring and forecasting, including supplier costs and cost to complete.
Coordinate delivery across vendors and internal teams; define ownership and handovers.
Lead teams, apply Agile practices within governance requirements; drive continuous improvement.
