Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across multiple squads in Singapore. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and remove impediments while coordinating with product owners, architecture, engineering, testing, and external vendors to deliver complex initiatives.

The role emphasizes driving agile maturity, risk management, and timely delivery through structured plans and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and application of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks to team productivity and delivery.
• Promote transparency, accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor delivery progress and address potential delays to keep initiatives on track.
