Job summary

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and coordinate with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, and external vendors to achieve reliable outcomes.

The role demands strong leadership, proactive collaboration, and a customer-focused mindset to drive timely, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven Scrum Master experience in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring adoption of Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through coaching and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks to improve team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote transparency, accountability, continuous learning and continuous improvement.
