Autodesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager based in Singapore to oversee 10–15 of our largest AECO customers in the region. You will co-create tailored Customer Success Plans, drive adoption, and expand usage with Autodesk solutions and Channel Partners.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business value and prevent churn while engaging with senior stakeholders. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, proactive risk management, and collaboration

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Technical/Implementation Consulting in SaaS/BIM environments
• Experience with AECO industry and large organisations with complex stakeholder networks
• Excellent executive and business-level communication skills
• Strong customer empathy and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to prioritise multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external stakeholders

Mansioni

• Co-create and execute a tailored Customer Success Plan for assigned AECO customers
• Own planning and execution with Autodesk teams and Channel Partners
• Document measurable business value and success stories for customers
• Support onboarding and drive adoption to reduce churn
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Marketing and Partners to drive adoption
• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders across customer organisations
