The Smart Local (TSL) Media Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager for Advertising Sales in Singapore. You will lead sales initiatives, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth through end-to-end sales cycles with agencies and advertisers.

You will collaborate with internal teams, stay ahead of media trends, and mentor junior staff while achieving ambitious sales targets and maintaining top-tier client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales or business development experience in advertising.
• Strong understanding of digital media, publishing, and social media.
• Experience with Singapore government advertisers and agencies preferred.
• Excellent negotiator with a commercial mindset.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive advertising revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and agencies.
• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to renewals.
• Provide accurate sales reporting and meet individual targets.
