The role drives end-to-end sales processes, builds relationships with agencies and advertisers, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver compelling ad solutions. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, strong negotiation, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of sales or business development experience in a similar industry with a proven track record.
• Excellent understanding of new media, digital publishing, content and social media industry.
• Experience working with Singapore Government advertisers and agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiator with a commercial mindset.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior-level executives and decision makers.
• Great people skills, team spirit, have ease in building strong professional relationships and able to work collaboratively and efficiently individually, in and across teams.
• Outstanding multi-tasking, analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous with a keen eye for detail.

Aufgaben

• Drive individual sales responsibilities and revenue achievement through effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with assigned key accounts to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company\'s client base.
• Develop a network of client contacts to demonstrate ownership of assigned Sales Verticals and Agencies.
• Drive the sales cycle from prospecting, negotiating, and closing to renewals.
• Manage individual sales processes and workflows, including working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting.
• Achieve assigned individual sales targets.
• Achieve minimum sales engagements (calls and meetings).
