Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Experienced Member of Technical Staff (MTS)/Principal Process Engineer to join the 300mm Advance Packaging Center. You will develop and optimize unit processes for bond/debond, pre-bond plasma/UV/cleaning, die re-constitution, annealing, and TSV on multi-stack wafers or frame form carriers, and own processes and tools in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS/Masters/PhD in an engineering discipline related to electronics or materials.
• Experience leading cross-modular process development and projects coordination.
• Hands-on experience with advanced packaging processes and equipment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyze experiments to develop advanced packaging etch processes.
• Startup and qualify new process and equipment within timelines.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance.
• Improve process robustness for high volume manufacturing using statistical tools.
• Lead CIP and cost/yield/productivity optimization initiatives.
• Coach engineers on advanced packaging etch processes.
