Job summary

WeAreAspire is seeking a commercially driven Business Director to accelerate revenue growth across ad tech and mar tech. This is an individual contributor role focused on winning business, building agency relationships and navigating the digital media landscape.

You will drive new business development, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and sell digital advertising solutions across social, display, programmatic and performance media.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in ad tech or digital media.
• Strong media agency understanding and relationships.
• Experience with social media advertising solutions.
• Proven track record in new business development.
• Established network across media agencies and ecosystem.
• Confident presenting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Self-motivated with own sales pipeline ownership.
